From what I know, I think your chances of success will amount to zero, it's all based on emotion, anger, frustration with a pattern of behaviour that has been ever present, but in saying that, I personally believe that the company has/is trying hard to address shareholder concerns, in a positive way.
I have always believed in shareholders rights and accountability, I've asked the hard questions and the answers that I have received I consider to be credible from key stakeholders.
