Have not seen this paper posted here previously. It does not mention Brainchip but does dig into all of the known competitors in the Neuromorphic arena and sets out all their flaws and shows why they are not yet true competitors for traditional computing. On my initial reading it seems to me that this is why AKIDA is described by the company as possessing “never seen before” solutions and why Pierre Cambou at Yole Development describes it as “the best solution to date”.https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2589004219302731
