I can't see what you're seeing in the buy and sell side, but I know that's your game.
Three people buying 10000 shares each doesn't seem odd to me. Purchases of odd quantities does, but that happens all the time.
If the broker data shows large quantities of buy and sell, you could say they were selling to themselves, but you don't know how many clients they are representing?
How do you know they haven't sold more than the 10 million, they wouldn't necessarily dump large, when they are offloading?
There was nothing obvious until the ceasing to be a substantial holder notice, that they had offloaded 10 million shares, or could you "see" that?
