Things to look for in the forthcoming fundarise.
Will there be any participation by Directors where applicable? - possibility slim.
Will there be any external (i.e. none retail) investment? - possibility moderately slim.
Will it include another "death spiral" type CLN, coyly revered to in the recent webcast as "convertible debt"? - possibility significant.
Will the inclusion of said CLN, if applicable, be disclosed to retail investors prior to a CR, given the likely price depressing effect?
If the CLN pays a commision, which given the very generous terms of the last one seems not out of the question, who gets it?
