I agree, bull pennant/flag formed with likely breakout target 9C to 10.5C. These flags can be a bit hit and miss in my experience. The high RSI and divergence from the 20 and 50SMAs may cause this to fail. But if the bull lithium run of late continues, then likely this will follow and breakout upwards.
