    A CR wouldn't be a bad thing if it means eliminating debt and then focusing on the next part of the Coy's story.

    Increased share dilution would be more than offset by the eliminated debt and ramping up exploration on current prospect
    especially if it expends LOM beyond 10 years considering the free flowing cash flow which would be available at this point.
