Tesla may quit manufacturing Electric cars in the US, it's patented technology will be sorted out with the other EV factories around the world, (China)
Batteries is what they'll be making. Ford, Nisan, VW, the others will be making more affordable EV's.
By the way, $150,000 is the top of the range price you've chosen for your discussion; Mercedes bends will be making these, not Ford or Toyota, etc,etc.
There are many valid reasons why folks would prefer to drive an electric car or commercial Vehicle in the near future; I'll discuss these valid common views in a later posting.
