Well the years operations are due to start in three or four weeks but I wonder if we will start on time.
Has the corona virus impacted the Chinese refineries and if so to what extent?
News out of China is indicating a slow return to work and and there is an increase in enquires for imports into China so maybe our only market is on the road to recovery. You can only hope!
