While I kind of agree about the short term gain with the fear factor which surely would drive downloads, in the long run it might be the wrong way to give it credibility among the medical fraternity. How annoyed would doctors get constantly hearing about the app that told them they are sick. Once the doctors are educated properly about it and know it's legitimate it's fine, but for a few million short term gain it could do more harm than good in the long run.
