One additional thought. I believe management will continue to pay out URFPA as long as possible up to 1 Jan 2023. If they default, unitholders of URFPA will have to opportunity to convert to ordinary units or hold the option to do so.
This would be disastrous for any ordinary unitholders as they will be massively diluted at current levels. However any buyer of the preference shares today will make an upfront profit of circa 30pc. Yes. The moment this happens URF could get another beating...
