I'm struggling to grapple with the valuation decline of URFPA ( I can understand URF).
Provided that URF's price is above 55c, URFPA holders should receive close to face value of URFPA in URF units, meaning that you get a 35% capital uplift upon sale of the URF units and circa 10% yield in the meantime.....is the reason it has declined because the market now believes that management will never convert URFPA and hence just pay coupons into perpetuity? .
Can management or a potential purchaser of URF offer less than face value for URFPA's? (have read PDS and it couldn't really answer my question).
Any input on would be welcomed!
