    As at October 1, the Metal bulletin price is still $33.50-34.50 despite Glencore successfully ramping production by 40% last quarter. The LME spot is not what cobalt is traded at. Demand is holding up.

    Some rays of hope amongst this market sentiment.

    On the bright side in regards to the recent announcement, it's 7 million less COB will have to r fork out and perhaps tellingly, 30% less to spend.

    1 thing I'm certain of is Joe is no fool.
