If I recall correctly, Marc Voigt's explanation was that IMM's clients are the pharma companies.
He's always espoused the strategy that IMM would focus itself on trials and agency approval, whilst licensing the eventual product marketing to them.
I've not heard anything from him or the company since that indicates that this business model has changed.
The next 6 months or so look like they'll be pretty busy with trial data.
Should be an interesting ride.
