I suspect that your post was tongue in cheek however, by the number of likes you received, I also suspect that many of the naysayers here on HC may have taken your post seriously.
We are " investing" here in spec exploration companies and, I need to ask the critics of management if they would work to gain very difficult qualifications at uni only to then go on and work for a company paying a paltry salary on the basis that there is a one in a hundred chance that the company would ever find something viable?
Most who are on the register are hopeful of the big pay-off down the road, me included, but they are working at a job or business where they are being paid the market rate for that job.
Do not expect others to subsidise your gambling while you hope for that 100/1 winner to come in.
Believe me that if you ever find someone to take on the job on the basis that you advocate then they will not be worth a pinch of parrot poop.
