I have been following this stock for close to 3 years now, and have kept an eye on the SP almost every day.
There are always short term falls to 26/24 price range during the quiet periods. Though the stock always rallies above 30 on positive announcements.
The silence is a reflection of the work going on behind the scenes, I am sure the entire PIQ team are just settling back in now after the Christmas/new years break and are gearing up for some major catalysts this year.
Positives: - We are safe guarded from any more dilution in the short to mid term with a very a strong cash position.
- The company continues to generate revenue
- Management and employees bought shares (above current price)
- Marketcap does not reflect true value of the PromarkerD patent/licence
- CEO is the founder
- World class product - no competition - peer reviewed and legit
- New discoveries in the horizon (Giardia)
- Partnership with DXB and Jannsen (win-win for PIQ)
- More commercialization deals (Japan, Australia etc) expected this year
- SP is lower than last cap raise
I am a fundamentals guy and if the above fundamentals aren't considering a BUY signal, I don't know what is..
And on top of that, there is a $105k single buy order at 26.5 (I have also purchased more today).
No doubt the impatient have sold and moved on, time will tell if that was a smart move or not - I believe the risk profile here is very much worth the gamble.
