Agree with your assessment. NAIF decision should be overdue. Next month it will one year since due diligence stage. Normally cutoff pattern is one year for major decisions if you analyse dates of press releases from NAIF. New NAIF CEO was appointed last month as well. To double or triple or more in value NAIF decision will need to get coupled with joint USA Rare Earth bid decision from USA . Situation will get clear next month.
