I purchased in July 2020 at $3.74 as only then did I have the funds to do so, but like many have traded in and out a small number of times since then with good results. In July, I thought it was undervalued and east coast Oz was due for a good season.

Victoria has some very heavy clays as well as lighter soils. I am not from down that way but suspect there would not be too much concern. 1. Residual soil moisture from last year and 2. Mediterranean climate with winter dominant rainfall. More reliable winter rainfall than up north so less risk of sowing on low soil moisture.
