Yeah I get the cost involved, however plenty of other companies have raised via existing shareholders whilst still being underwritten by a firm such as Roth Capital. If that was the case everyone would be happy, some
might not have taken it up but at least they’d have the choice.

LKE has time as cash is going towards DFS, so having to raise quickly wasn’t an issue.

As for options, I’m well aware how they work, it would have been better to include a 12 month escrow clause.

All I’m interested in is the maximum benefit to existing shareholders, they should always come first, not the pockets of the fat cats on Roths email list.
