Chris you state that you are a long term holder. If so you must have read that LKE and Lilac have a regional exclusivity agreement. If you dont know this then I suggest that you do some research. You also say that LKE should have made an offer to holders well they did less than a year ago they offered up to $30K worth of shares at the princely sum of 4c. All last year the company struggled to attract funding and there was plenty of critisism about LKE and its funding arrangements. Im sure that the people who run the company dont give a toss if the retail investor is happy. I think that they give a toss about making this company a success and in this they have my full support.
