I tend to agree in general terms with this concept SUW. I do agree that unlikely any of the BOD will resign. Therefore, to bring in the right new members, how do they get enticed? Money... in the form of salary and share allocations.
This then puts pressure on our bottom line. Therefore to cover them, we have another CR further diluting existing holders. Also ok with that if they do their job and get this thing off the launch pad.
The flip side is, do the existing BOD members take a reduction in their salary structures if their "workload" is reduced?
Just my thoughts.
