LKE’s Kachi mineral tenement and land tenure status:

The Kachi project comprises of 70,462 Ha in 37 mineral leases (minas) as follows:
- 5 leases (9,445 Ha) are granted for “drilling” (only);
- 22 leases (44,328 Ha) are granted for “initial exploration” (only), and;
- 10 leases (16,689 Ha) are applications pending granting.

To upgrade these approvals alone will take years.

Not to mention the environmental and social impact studies, peer review, and approvals.

“Still got 9 months” I think you stated.

I doubt tender docs will be out in 19 months.
