The video IMO suggested that Steve was keen to partner the off takes with one of the big car manufacturers in this space, leaning away from China.
I also wonder whether his preferred offtake partner has been the one driving the increase output as part of the agreement, resulting in the further drilling and assessment. Sounds like a potential VW agreement to me if all pays off.
