It still is a non issue. The evaporation process is probably worse for dilution than the reinjection process as fresh water replaces water drawn and evaporated. Yet evaporation has been successfully used for many years. So why is dilution going to be an issue in the next 20 years for LKE?
As others have pointed out, reinjection at the boundaries might reduce dilution from fresh water inflows and either way, any dilution over the next 20 years is not going to be too significant due to the size and high starting grade of the resource.
