I was only referring to a CR that was imminent. I was told that it won't happen and that the terms have been changed and management now have the "control" over when to raise funds. Wait until the 40m shares get issued and IF the volume drops, the price is going straight back down to 9c. I doubt if Acuity would want to hold 10% of an exploration company. More so when they could make an average of 50% to 60% profit on their $3m+ in a matter of days.
