Here are the points I found interesting:

• 1 or 2 more ECAs can be considered beside UKEF
• UKEF and other ECAs have some minimum country specific content requirements
• Interest rate of debt financing expected to be about 3-5%
• At least one off take partner announcement can be expected before DFS
• Formalizing relationships with Lilac can be expected quite soon
• About 2.5 mt Lithium product from pilot plant at Kachi is expected to be sent to potential off take partners, off take agreement will be conditional on the outcome of the quality checking process of this at off take partners
