Yes, $80,000 paid to Lodge, and $3,000,000 received from Lodge if they excercise their 75c options. So effectively LKE would RECEIVE $2,920,000 for BEING SERVICED.And previously non eligible shareholders could also receive money, whereas before this Nominee announcement they were to receive nothing.
