10% dilution (if you really see it as dilution), 10% drop in share price? The question is the options have been known for a while, and the ex-date has long passed. Shareholders could have sold 10% of their stake at any time after ex-date and still collected options. Whatever movement happens now has little to do with options being issued IMO.
