I don't recall them talking about the impact of the pressure. Temperature yes, but that's just a difference in the energy cost to keep the sensitive areas of the plant at the right temperatures. Heating is not an issue in the 21st century. Although I understand that it's difficult to understand this for someone who thinks we live in the era of Napoleon.
