    Hi Suw,

    I honestly cannot see why the DFS/ESG studies will not show any reason not to go for the 51,000 KT capacity from day one.

    If it is modular and there is plenty of finance available just go for it.

    There should be zero additional risk to do this, so hence it my expectations are that this is what will happen.
