PS did you see that Joe is posting stuff about how the Germans are turning against geo thermal. I hope that doesnt affect your investment in VUL. Those Germans worried that brine reinjection is causing earth quakes.
Still the new government will soon be sworn in they look like NIMBY's to me what do you think?
