Frankfurt with less than 300k shares traded is not important. Also the bid/ask spread is very high there. Someone decides to sell a few thousand shares there and bang the price is down 8%.US OTC market is more important. But again, I beg to differ, prices in AUD cents make it much easier to understand for people waking up in Oz what happened last night.
So, US closed at 41 cents AUD yesterday.
