Again you tried to deliberately mislead people.
1. The recovery rate stated in the Kachi PFS is 83%, not 80% as you wrote.2. Steve has been clear about the fact that they chose Lilac DLE because it suites the arid environment. There MIGHT be DLE technologies that CLAIM they have 90% recovery rate, but they might not work well in arid environments.
