Teddie: sounds like you’re partly out like me. But frankly, FB is right and will be unless it drops like below 30c absent a macro crash, anyone who gets into a 12 year old bull market with newborn auto manufacturers at 100B and crypto at 3T who hasn’t taken anything off the table (I’m 1/3 out, not counting crypto profits I ejected, so more like 50%), and expects to not take any damage on the way down from near dotcom heights, should probably get their heads checked.

I’m spending one third of my reserves when my lithium stocks hit 50% and another third whenever the Nasdaq hits 70%, and maybe the last third a bit below both.

I’m not selling what I’m still holding, time in the market beats timing the market, even when it’s this obvious the markets are going down, because I thought that a couple of times the last four years.
