In an unprecedented move the US Federal Reserve is setting a another Department called Fannie Homer J Simpson which is solely in charge of buying all stock on the DJIA index once 11000 is triggered. It is hoped by Ben Bernake and George W Bush along with the 1 trillion in aid, banking bailout outs, 6 Trillion Mortgage debt underwriting, 475billion additional injection that this will restore confidence in the US economy.

It was also put forward at this meeting that all Executives take a long hard look at themselves before paying themselves further bonuses as funded by the new US Department called Fannie Greed don’t worry about Losses PTY LTD.
