Australia needs to be careful China would love to replace the Pilbara iron ore with the Simandou mine in Guinea it has 2.7 billion tonnes at a grade of 65%. This could come on line in a couple of years and they call it the Pilbara killer. Plus our coal exports may be displaced by hydrogen for steel production. If we had a sensible government they would be at the forefront of change rather than lagging behind. FFS we have a PM who held up a lump of coal in parliament in an attempt to .... does anyone know what he was attempting to do?
