My takeaways but not limited too:

1. Off taker(s) announced before DFS and this before early next year

2. Offtakers to be a carmaker and a battery maker….first thing comes to mind is novonix and tesla. [note elon is very environmentally focused so this makes sense he would want our Li and his ties with novonix ]

3. MD wise to not sign up offtaker yet as we want to capture lithium price increase in offtake. This is very astute of our team

4. Lithium extraction technology:

a. ion exchange technology known for 70 yrs and widly used in water treatment and uranium industry

b. Our new technology partner uses a bead to “selectively” take lithium out of water (I think this uses nano technology) and this means doesn’t matter too much what the chemical composition is of the brine. That’s why we get very very high purity.

c. Lilac has made our future….very happy with that team on board

5. Our closest peer val at $1.3B and they only own 30%....so “we need to match this over the next 9 months”…remember we own 75%...with funding ready to go so this implies a 5X current price increase to me but at least $1.50.
