Sorry Manchild ., I was typing faster than my mind was thinking. One of my cores was not keeping up with my fingers.

My reasoning is, for a company to be using our tech they need the physical chip (and apart from the few that got them on the test board we don’t seem to have made any until August21).

Apart from that, they could use our IP in their chip.
I do not think our IP has been out long enough for it to be incorporated in this companies product.

Also this company is severely fast tracking on their product, as they mentioned months in the video. When did they get the time to put our IP in their chip and build it, considering it takes xxx months to get a chip built when you get the slot by the chip manufacturer. I don’t believe they built their own chip with our Ip, but instead used existing technology that is out there. Now that does not preclude that another company has not implemented our IP in their chip, snd these guys are using that for their design basis.

So, if they are using an existing chip made by another player (Socionext etc) then when did that company get the time to do this. Since we know the timing of our IP announcement, I think we need to be realistic that it takes some time for our product to get into a system. By a system, I mean a finished product that is made up of much more than just our product, and so all this takes time.

I am not surprised to hear about NDA and secrecies, But I would be so surprised that a company puts out IP into their chip for the purpose of selling it, and then doesn’t advertise it is available. Without advertising it then how does this company get access to it to make their product.

Hopefully I’m explaining my thoughts, but I’m positive with BRN future, and just think it will take a little longer than some think.
