We can only do what we can when we can. There are no short cuts. Before today, the last time I bought more was at the beginning of March. The delay in buying more today was not by choice, but because I didn't have the funds. Well - I did today... and I added more (albeit a small amount). But it made sense for me to do so.
Just my opinion.
