I spent a lot of time on Cardea and it seems clear that what they do is carbon nanotube sensors. Very, very clever advanced science and engineering but they seem to be like NaNose in that this is what they do.
In other words they do not design chips. So my best guess is it will be an AKD1000 chip. In fact it seems from my reading the Cardea sensor produces spike type signals which could be a perfect fit for AKD1000.
The qualification in saying this is that Cardea has a web site that gives little technical detail away so I suspect there are issues around patent protection still to be finalised which @BarrelSitter might be able to explore when he has time.
