If they are only 5mm x 5mm = 25mm2 will get heaps of chips out of a 300mm wafer. Yield works out to 87.7%. 300mm wafer has an area of 70,685mm2.
7,000 chips would be three wafers at 2,481 chips per wafer. That is only $10,500. 7,000 seems too low.
