Many would understand but for those who don’t by upgrading the listing of Brainchip to the OTCQX and going out actively seeking US Institutional investors Brainchip the company unwittingly became Australian Retail Shareholders worst enemy and best friend in an instant.

Brainchip did the right thing by Australian Retail Shareholders by not increasing the shares on issue and we can largely thank the acting CEO for this as he and his founding partners would have fallen below 25% and lost control.

This decision has however condemned Australian Retail Shareholders to the types of attack that have been taking place because the only place these large US Institutional Investors can source their shares Is from Australian Retail Shareholders through middle men/organisations.

So every dirty, illegal, scurrilous trick in the book will be rolled out to secure these shares at a discount.

Count up all the positives you know about the company and ask yourself why has not one of these positive developments passed the lips of any of these commentators who want you to panic and sell your Brainchip shares???
