Your posts are always FACTUAL to the best of your knowledge, your kind to pretty much everyone (except to those who don't deserve kindness or you simply ignore them) and you have an INCREDIBLE knowledge and experience to draw from.
So with or without the heart, people will always take notice of very well explained and detailed factual posts from you or anyone else. You just happen to have a gift for it. And I am (and I'm sure most others are) eternally grateful for that FACT.
