I think Brainchip ownes the race track, stables and all the facilities and sells the right to regional qualifiers to see who can win the cup riding on mounts out of AKIDA.
It is a handicap race where early adopters get to start of a mark reflecting their early commitment.
All completely fair and above board.
Brainchip even has a bus service to pick up the late starters.
