Rayz asked me what was said. BL posted what he thought was said I was agreeing with the accuracy of what Peter van der Made said as transcribed by BL for Rayz benefit as he had asked me specifically.

I am not gilding any lily. BL made the comment about LDA Capital it is his opinion.

I did not express any opinion about that part of his post.

If you would like my actual opinion LDA Capital are in the business of making money as we all are and if banks were paying decent interest I suspect a lot of us would not be here at all.

So far they have made excellent returns and Brainchip has proven itself a reliable customer so if I take anything from this enthusiasm it is they have an expectation Brainchip will continue to be a good customer and make them more money. Just like my bank chases me to borrow more money because I am a good customer.

Personally what I like about LDA Capital is that the capital raise risk is already known and factored in to the price. If Brainchip calls on LDA Capital it will not be a shock to the market in the same way that an out of the blue capital raise would be received by the market.

In other words better the devil I know than the one I don’t.
