you beat me to it Hamilton, I was just about to post the same thing.
the CEO needs to be the best person for the job regardless of gender, I would be very upset if it were any other way, if it is female then good, if it is male then good, just as long as the basis is that the person is chosen because they are the best person at the point in time to lead BrainChip forward to success.
