Re CEO, I have been researching the arguments used for the new CEO of Intel and I have had an epiphany and a complete hange of heart.
eg
With semiconductors the CEO really needs to understand the product from the point of view of the engineers of the customer to give them confidence to start designing their devices.
Based on this, and the fact that competitors who have diverged from this strategy have not succeded so much, I'm now all in on keeping the current founder.
