My opinion on the current market valuation of Brainchip:
For comparison, I'll take Ambarella (ambarella.com). Ambarella develops CNN chips for vision applications. As I understand it from the homepage, they do reduce bandwidth, but still rely on a cloud service. In FY21 they had revenues of $223 million and currently a market cap of $3.9 billion. Results in a factor of ~17. So Brainchip would have to have revenue of $44 million in return to be currently fairly valued in this comparison.
At the same time Brainchip has much more advanced technology in my opinion and is unrivaled in their market space (real far edge AI). Furthermore, their chip is not limited to vision applications but processes all 5 senses. So the potential market is much larger.
