If it wasn't due to cyber attack, then what what was it due to? Perhaps it suffered from the same issues that caused the previous Azure cloud-computing outage which might not have occurred with IMPROVED automatic detection and IMPROVED mitigation of anomalous traffic patterns? Just a thought...
