Like others before Brn, Once it's (Akida) in any product ,I imagine it will become common industry knowledge. Simples
Discovering its secret sauce however ,will be , from what I understand, difficult , not withstanding this , as we've already agreed , patent protection is the ultimate access blocker to all the wanna be copycats.
