your statement of..
"Shorters are not after your stock. How can people who spend all day on an investment forum not understand shorters are not bullish on stock and want it!"
Has truths and untruths.
Obviously a "shorter" is not Bullish, the whole idea of shorting, is to borrow a share at a certain price, or percentage and then sell it, with the notion of buying it back cheaper.
At the point of selling the share, the shorter has not made any money and is actually behind, by whatever the borrowing costs are.
The shorter then must buy the shares back.
At this point, they are after "your" shares and if they can buy lower, that is the only point at which they make a profit.
Shorters, can of course feign bullishness (if using a forum as a tool) to sell at a higher price initially and then maximize their profits, when they buy back lower.
It's a low life's game..
